The hydraulics on this newer model are some what more involved and now need 14 hoses in total.
On Phase 1 pumps, all of the hoses exit the pump from the front via a metal plate and are held in place with a small clip.
The most common hoses to need replacing on this model are 65 and 66 (Saab OEM 2833516).
The hoses will be numbered in pairs at both the pump and ram ends.
Our hoses have a tough PTFE inner, wrapped in a stainless steel braid and coated with a wipe-clean PVC coating. This triple layer of protection ensures the hose will never kink or burst by getting trapped.
To ensure a leak-free connection, we attach our custom-made fittings directly to the hose using a highly calibrated industrial swaging machine.
